The box was delivered very good protected. Fixing was easy and done in 20 min. The material feels realy high quality, everything fits perfect together! Mr. Martins was super friendly and very helpful. We all love this stylish box, specialy our frenchy Ella.
The item was pretty much what I expected. The dog house looks great. The only thing I wish they did a bit better on was the packaging. In transit a couple of pieces got a couple of dings, but not a huge deal.
