Return & Refund Policy

At KOKAA, we want you to be confident in your purchase. While our items are made to order, we do accept returns within 14 days of you receiving the product.

To ensure a smooth process, please review our requirements below:

  • Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs and arrangements.

  • Item Condition: The product must be returned clean, neat, and with all original details/components included.

  • Damage Deductions: Because these items are handcrafted, their value is tied to their condition. Any parts damaged during the return transit will be deducted from your refund price proportionally. We strongly recommend using a tracked, insured shipping service and ensuring the item is packaged securely.

  • Refunds: Once the return is received and inspected, the refund (minus any necessary deductions for damage) will be issued to the original account used for the purchase.

Damaged Arrivals

If your product arrives damaged from us, we’ve got you covered. Please contact us at kokaa.eu@gmail.com immediately, and we will ensure you receive replacement parts ASAP at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Policy

We are happy to offer you shipping via FedEx, GLS, or DPD courier services. Please allow up to 20 business days for your order to be processed and shipped (please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays).

The place of delivery is deemed to be the address that the consumer makes known to kokaa.eu. Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.

  • Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania: FREE (GLS / DPD)

  • European Union, Switzerland, and United Kingdom: FREE (FedEx / GLS)

  • United States and Canada: FREE (FedEx)

  • International: Please message us first for a quote!

TAX & DUTY INFO: For our customers in the United States, United Kingdom, Switzerland, and Canada, all applicable taxes and duties are prepaid by us. You will not face additional charges upon delivery. For other countries outside the European Union, additional custom charges may apply according to local regulations.
